Enamel serving tray

A rectangular enamel serving dish manufactured from heavy weight steel. Suitable for cooking barbecue tray bakes or serving grilled food on. We recommend using on a cooking grate, in an indirect set up away from the hot embers. Suitable for up to 270c. Enamelware is porcelain fused on to heavy gauge steel, making it extremely durable, smooth, chemical resistant and it cannot burn.
